New camera

I'm thinking about a new camera. But what should I chooese: a slr or a bridge camera? At the moment I'm leaning to a good bridge camera. Fuji Fine Pix S100FS seems to be the best. But what about the Nikon cool pix P90? Anybody knowsthis camera and has some experience. I need it for taking sport photos, landscapes and snappshots...
